Machine Introduction:
This series of hydraulic press is used for Thermoforming of complex sheet metal parts of titanium alloy and other difficult forming materials and superplastic forming of integral hollow parts, which can meet the requirements of batch production.
This equipment consists of a host, a metal platform and heating chamber, a hydraulic system, an electrical and computer control system, a superplastic air pressure loading system, a water-cooled plate cooling circulation system, a safety protection system, etc. The forming pressure can be pre-set and meet the forming process requirements of sheet metal parts and overall hollow parts. The operator can program various forming pressures on the touch screen of the control console.
