YF27 Serial Single-Action Hydraulic Press
The YF27 series is mainly designed for sheet metal blanking, drawing and bending, also using for general-purpose in a wide applications.
Features
1. Loaded with a hydraulic cushion located inside the base and ejecting holes laid on the table for holding the blank at drawing process.
2. A Knock-off cylinder built in the RAM for the job released from the mould after pressing.
3. RAM and cushion strokes can be freely regulated in the specified range by means of a travel limit device for a variety of drawing depth.
4. Adjustable blank-holding force in the specified range.
5. Quick RAM descent and return speed improves productivity.
6. Providing a blanking buffer device as customers' desire to mitigate impact.
